Purpose
This Refund Policy describes how refunds, credits and billing disputes are handled for subscription and usage charges for Goldmic Ventures. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.
1. General Rule
Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are prepaid and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable consumer protection laws. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
2. Trials & Promotional Credits
Free trials and promotional credits are provided on the terms of the promotion. We reserve the right to terminate or change promotions at any time.
3. Prepaid Bundles & Annual Plans
Prepaid message bundles and annual plans are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (billing error, duplicate charge), we may provide a pro rata refund or account credit at our discretion.
4. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you identify an incorrect charge, contact us within 30 days with the invoice or charge ID. We will investigate and, where we determine an error has occurred, issue a refund or credit within a commercially reasonable period.
5. Service Availability & Outages
Unplanned outages or failures that materially impair the Service may be eligible for remedies such as account credits where our SLA or status disclosures indicate material downtime. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not automatically cash refunds unless required by law.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to temporary account suspension pending investigation. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor due to recovery of funds, we reserve the right to reinstate charges and apply applicable fees.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@goldmicventures.site with your account email, invoice/charge ID, a detailed explanation and supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days.
8. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract in your jurisdiction.
